The hotel had a beautiful and unique decor. the location was a great advantage as it was in the heart of the old city and close to the main sites. the breakfast was delicious and refreshing with fresh orange juice and very nice mint tea. the friendly receptionist made sure to provide great suggestions on what to do in the area.
The parking directions were difficult to follow and caused confusion.

Hidden gem in the old town, kind and accommodating staff, beautifully decorated rooms with traditional touch, delicious Moroccan breakfast, rooftop with fine views.
Nothing to mention.

The historic building had a certain charm. We liked the breakfast spread that was available - it was a good mix of local and continental options. The rooftop had a stunning view and was a great spot to enjoy the sunset.
Finding the hotel was an uphill task especially with the absence of clear signages in the vicinity. The reception staff were far from welcoming, and there were long delays in the registration process. Room heating and hot water options were also limited, and we would have appreciated more flexibility with breakfast timings.

The hotel is beautifully restored and maintained, with a rich history that is evident throughout the building. The rooftop provides breathtaking views, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and filled with modern art, making for an interesting and unique stay.
Some staff members were unhelpful, and the receptionist seemed less interested in helping us with our queries compared to her private phone calls. The hotel can be tricky to locate, and the process of checking in took longer than expected.
